Fremont, California, June 7, 2019 — Optoplex today announces that it has successfully expanded its products for coherent detection to O-Band wavelength coverage (1260~1360nm), after its successful release of O-Band optical interleavers used in 50GHz Mux/DeMux for 5G-PON front-haul applications in late 2018.

The newly released O-band products for coherent detections include

• O-Band 90deg Optical Hybrids
• O-Band DP-QPSK coherent Mixer
• O-Band Athermal Free-Space Optics based air-gap etalons (available FSRs: 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50, 100, and 200GHz)
• O-Band 90deg optical hybrid integrated with balanced receivers (available bandwidths from 15, 100, 200, 400, 1000, 1200, and 1600MHz)
