The high-speed and high-power photodetector features

• High-speed, 20GHz bandwidth
• High-power, saturation power >=13dBm
• Package with fiber pigtailed input, with options of SMF, PMF and MMF
• Hermetically sealed for extended operation temperature range from -40oC to +85oC. Ideal for terrestrial and aerospace applications
